My journey into psychotherapy was born from a deep understanding of life's struggles, having personally faced and overcome challenges with trauma and anxiety.

I have nine years of experience in private clinical practice, working with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. Those years, and my own history, shaped a simple belief: everyone deserves access to empathetic, high-quality mental health care.

At TLE Abuja that belief becomes practice. Sessions are unhurried and non-judgemental. We work with what you bring, at a pace you set, using approaches chosen for you rather than a single method applied to everyone.
